Implantation et validation de l’élément fini SHB8 dans ABAQUS
Communication avec acte
Date
2005-08Résumé
The "SHB8" continuum shell element is an under integrated element, stabilized then projected by the "Assumed Strain Method ". Its good experience feedback compared to the standard elements of INCA and ASTER led us to implement it in the ABAQUS code using the UEL subroutine. Its performances are again checked on linear static patch tests. Compared to the ABAQUS elements: C3D8I and S4, the "SHB8" presents a fast convergence even for coarse mesh.

Communication sans acteThe aim of this work is to study the strain localization during the plastic deformation of sheets metals. This phenomenon is precursor for the fracture of drawing parts, thus its prediction using advanced behavior models ...

This paper investigates a recently developed elasto-plastic constitutive model. For this purpose, the model was implemented in a commercial finite element code and was used to simulate the cross-die deep drawing test. Deep ...
