This paper proposes an isomorphism between the number of accessible states of the system including statistical fluctuation and the optimised size of a computer program set-up by combining the Huffman and R.L.E algebrae. At first, a relation between the variation of the free energy in the system and the variation of the programme size used to describe the system was stated. A fluctuation to the equilibrium decreases the size of the programme in relation to the decrease in entropy and the decay of the free energy of the system.
